Sara Morales

Serving New Mexico’s children and youth is our priority. Our mission is to provide high-quality, innovative Out-of-School-Time programs and Outreach to K-12 students and educators. We seek to create “A-Ha!” moments, to spark the imagination, and to inspire today’s investigators to become tomorrow’s innovators.

Our dedicated staff designs academic and enrichment curricula, provides necessary educational resources for engaging implementation, and supports programming at more than 60 school sites. The curricula - COUNT, DiMA, Project GUTS, Math Snacks, Readers Theater, SEMAA, and Electives - nurtures 21st Century skills in science, technology, engineering, math, literature, and creative arts.

The Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) grant provides federal funding to support the majority of our OST activities with braided funding from our partner districts.

We pride ourselves in actively engaging teachers, administrators, families, and local agencies in building a community that fosters positive development and a safe environment for all students.

I invite you to see our programs in action and connect with us as we transform the lives of young children.
